The project will take place in two phases. The first phase will include the hotel, a 2,200-space parking garage, 35,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment tenants, and office and residential units. “While every meeting and event requires differing levels of lodging services, an additional full-service convention hotel on site will contribute to Hampton’s ability to draw larger conventions,” said |
Hampton’s landscape metamorphosis is further impacted by the opening of the Boo Williams Sportsplex, a new sports competition facility and commencing construction on the Peninsula Town Center, a new outdoor activity hub featuring shopping and dining unique to the Hampton Roads region. |
