Event Planning Services

Our goal is to provide you with excellent service to ensure your event is a memorable and successful occasion that exceeds your expectations. To do that, upon receipt of your signed contract and deposit, your account will be turned over to our Event Services Department.

The assigned Hampton Roads Convention Center Event Coordinator will be your primary point of contact and liaison for all facility related services, and/or logistical planning of your event. 
 
Your Event Coordinator will be happy to assist you with any questions regarding the documents or any other aspect of our facility. We wish to establish with you a relationship of trust and confidence that prompts you to return many times to the Hampton Roads Convention Center for your convention and special event needs.
